Raise a Fault / RMA

Following an extensive review of our customers operating hours and support needs we have decided to consolidate our customer service and support facilities to our Castleford office.

This will enable us to offer all our customer extended hours of support and quicker repair turnaround at no additional cost.

Our telephone support hours will be extended to cover 7am to 7pm Monday to Friday and our repairs team will also move to operate a 2 shift system to provide quicker turnaround of repairs and quotations.

To avoid any delays with your repairs, please ensure any devices are sent to our Castleford repair centre as the Chippenham office will no longer be accepting parcels from this date.

The Raise a Fault / RMA process will remain unchanged as per below


Repairs & Maintenance

Our repairs centre can help extend the life of your equipment. We can provide a number of different maintenance and warranty options with remote/onsite support. We can also carry out regular visits to check network infrastructure and RF device health.

From our state of the art repair facility we can offer a full fault diagnostic and board-level repair service. You can be sure that all our repairs are tracked and quality assured throughout the process.

Pricing depends on the exact component needing to be replaced and is usually applied based on a tiered pricing structure.


If you wish to send your faulty or damaged devices to Renovotec for assessment and to receive a no obligation quote for their repair, then please use the form below to raise an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation).

Our assessment service is from £45 for devices and from £80 for printers plus carriage. If you’re not subsequently happy with our quote for the repair, we’ll courier the device(s) back to you.
