Richard brings over 30 years of experience in leading successful businesses and organisations.

He founded Renovotec in 2009 where he has served as both Managing Director and CEO, overseeing the company’s growth into one of the leading names in technology solutions.

Mark has over 25 years of professional international experience in logistics, the supply chain and AIDC technologies.

Mark joined Renovotec in 2019 from Honeywell, serving as a Senior Account Manager before transitioning to his current role as Sales Director.

Teresa brings decades of experience and expertise in sales and marketing, overseeing all marketing activities across Renovotec’s many different channels.

Teresa also coordinated the launch of our new Renovotec Innovation Centre (RIC) in 2023.

Susheila is a creative and self-motivated chartered accountant with over 30 years’ experience.

Big Four trained, and with over 10 years’ experience in FTSE 100 companies, Susheila joined Renovotec in 2019 as its Group Financial Controller following the acquisition of Spirit Data Capture.

Rob has almost three decades of experience in engineering and technical consultancy, with prior roles at Spirit Data Capture and Honeywell.

He joined Renovotec in 2019 before transitioning into the role of Operations Director.

Jamie joined Renovotec at the start of 2023, serving as its new Technical Director.

Jamie brings almost 15 years of experience in specialist technology solutions including voice, robotics and machine vision.

Based in Oss, Netherlands, Jan has decades of experience in supply chain and print technology solutions and is helping Renovotec continue its success in supporting organisations in the Benelux region with best-of-breed technologies.

Based in Gothenburg, Sweden, Styrbjörn has decades of experience supporting organisations with technology solutions for AutoID, networks, POS and more.

He joined Renovotec in 2023 as its new Country Manager for the Nordics.
