Support Request

Log an RMA
If you wish to send your faulty or damaged devices to Renovotec for assessment and to receive a no obligation quote for their repair, then please use the form below to raise an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation).
Our assessment service is from £45 for devices and from £80 for printers plus carriage. If you’re not subsequently happy with our quote for the repair, we’ll courier the device(s) back to you.

Renovotec APAC online portal
For customers in the APAC region, please click below to access the Online Portal. For legacy Skywire customers, this portal will offer the same features and capabilities, including:

This portal is directly connected to vendor service centres, which means we get automated vendor RMA numbers simplifying the often-tedious repair management process.
