NBD Fix
Our Next Business Day support is our standard replacement cover, ensuring you have a replacement piece of hardware by the following day of business.
8+8 Fix
With this support tier, Renovotec can respond within an eight-working-hour period then aim to fix the device within an eight-working-hour window.
