All our Repair Centre Services technicians are fully certified to assess and repair a broad variety of devices including:

Repair Centre Services from Renovotec
8-Hour Response
Our 8-hour break fix service offering guarantees that you will receive a replacement device within an eight-hour window to reduce potential downtimes.
4-Hour Response
For customers who require replacement support in smaller windows due to peak periods of business, we also offer a 4-Hour Response service.
NBD Fix
Our Next Business Day support is our standard replacement cover, ensuring you have a replacement piece of hardware by the following day of business.
8+8 Fix
With this support tier, Renovotec can respond within an eight-working-hour period then aim to fix the device within an eight-working-hour window.
4+4 Fix
With this support tier, Renovotec can respond within a four-working-hour period then aim to fix the device within a four-working-hour window.
This Renovotec Service is available in the United Kingdom, Benelux and APAC region.
