Smart Charging Lockers and Device Tracking Software

Our trusted partner, Podloc, provides smart charging lockers and tracking software for your company’s mobile devices. Lost devices and shift-change queues become a thing of the past.

Podloc solves two of the biggest headaches in rugged device management: lost devices and queues from paper-based sign-in/sign-out processes.

Podloc Explained

Discover how Podloc’s combination of smart charging hardware and Virtual Locker Software helps businesses stay in control of their mobile computing fleet.

Virtual Locker Software (Vlocr)

Assigns devices with secure logins and tracks their location, so every device is accounted for: who has it, where it is, and its charge status.

Vlocr gives you complete visibility and control across your device fleet.

Know where your devices are, who is using them and when they were last used, all from one powerful portal.

Using GPS, Bluetooth and user data, Vlocr gives you a clear view of your entire device estate. Automatic sign-in and sign-out creates accountability, reducing loss, damage and the time spent searching for missing devices.

Key Benefits

Charged and ready devices: No more uncharged scanners or missing PDAs at the start of a shift. Podloc is designed around the device to ensure they charge every time.

Reduce loss and damage: Podloc makes every user accountable, reducing misplaced, stolen or damaged devices.

Boost accountability: With real-time tracking powered by the software, you always know who has which device and whether it’s been returned.

Cut disruption and reduce downtime: Know where your kit is and who’s using it, so shifts start on time with devices ready to work.

Easy to scale: Modular build for multiple sites and different configurations.
