The Inclusive package is the most comprehensive level of Managed IT Services offered by Renovotec and is best suited to organisations where purchased hardware devices will form a critical element in their operations.
This package includes second and third-line support services (including configuration updates), firmware patching and an annual system update for supported products on an inclusive basis.
