Role and responsibilities
- Attend site and perform hardware installations.
- Remotely support engineers on site using remote access tools.
- Support the Project Management team when required.
- Onsite training of subcontractors.
- Maintain knowledge of customer IT Solutions.
- Post Sales Support / Trouble shooting.
Role Requirements
- Strong all round Technical Skills and Knowledge.
- Willingness to self-learn and embrace new technologies.
- Good all round MS Office Skills.
- Full UK Driving Licences.
- Willingness to travel both within the UK and Abroad when required.
- Good Communications skills across various levels both internal and external.
- Team player.
- Time-management and organization skills.
